At Newton Baby, we stand behind the safety and comfort of our products with a 100-night trial on our mattresses to ensure your little one gets the best sleep possible. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within the specified trial period for all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to ensure your return is tracked and handled safely.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Place the product in its original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all components are included, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
